They used to call guys like Frances "dandies" or "fops." He could go right next to the definition in the dictionary, because he's got the act down cold. Gosh he's a pretty thing, isn't he? Frances assumes he's going to win the bride, and the kingdom, based on the fact that he has big ol' Bagwell doing his fighting.
